Personal data is collected to manage membership and volunteers, organise events,
communicate with participants, document activities for Stockholm Stad, promote NGO
activities, and comply with legal obligations.

We process personal data based on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, and
legitimate interest.

• Member and volunteer details (name, contact details, personal identity number when
required)
• Event registration data (name, email, phone number)
• Photos and videos taken during events
• Donation-related information (excluding card data)
4. Photos and Videos – Social Media Usage
Photos and videos may be used on social media, websites, and promotional material. Consent
is obtained where required. Individuals may request removal at any time.
5. Data Collection for Stockholm Stad
When required, personal data is shared securely with Stockholm Stad or authorities, limited to
what is legally necessary.
6. Storage and Security
Data is stored securely with access limited to authorised persons. Personal data is never sold or
misused.
7. Data Retention
• Membership data: up to 4 years after membership ends
• Event data: up to 12 months
• Legal documentation: up to 7 years
8. Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with authorities only when legally required. No commercial sharing
occurs.
9. Individual Rights
Individuals have the right to access, correct, delete data, withdraw consent, restrict or object to
processing.
10. Data Breach Procedure
Any data breach will be investigated immediately and reported to authorities and affected
individuals when required.
